"At 27 years old, I couldn't walk up the stairs."
When I was in my late teens, I broke each of my knee caps, one at a time. Both while making my way through college working as a waitress. Once I slipped and fell, breaking my left knee, the other time I missed a step and hyper extended my right knee. Both landed me in casts from my ankle to my hip. Ouch.
When I became a teacher in my mid-twenties, I was given a classroom on the second floor of the building. But by the time I was 27 years old, it was too painful to climb the stairs. I took the elevator. At 27 years old!
I talked to a doctor, and a chiropractor. Both told me I needed surgery to fix the problem. One told me I would probably need knee replacements by the time I was 40 or 45 years old. Ugh!!!
But then Lyon Legacy changed all of that. My mother-in-law, Jackie Lyon, asked me to please try the knee tubes first, before going to do expensive surgery with a long recovery. And so I did. I wore our High Powered Knee Tubes on both knees, day and night. After just 3 days (Days! Not weeks!) my knees did not hurt, and I started taking the stairs.
So I took the knee tubes off.
And the pain came back.
Jackie asked me, how long have you had knee pain? I said six years. So she said, "Wear them, day and night, 24/7 for six weeks."
So I did. The pain disappeared again within days, but I kept wearing them. I wore them while I slept, over my jeans, under my skirts and dresses.
16 years later I have NEVER had knee surgery. I am between 40 and 45 years old now, and I am NOT having a knee replaced. Not only that, but I am told now I have the knees and cartiledge of a woman much younger than my actual age.
Of course now I do other things as well to keep myself and my joint healthy: I take theOrtho Pack products, and sleep on a Magnetic Mattress Pad. Megagreens, Mega Multi-vitamins, and Bio-Omega are taken twice a day. I exercise, but I am pain free while I do it. I put the knee tubes on now only when a small discomfort is nagging, as it does to many people over 40.
It all started with the Lyon Legacy High Powered Knee Tubes! And I still have the same pair I started with, too!
